This product is just a microphone, it does not have a built-in speaker, Click here for the right product, which has a microphone and speaker with a 3.5mm TRRS connection which can be used by full lighting adapter and most tablets.

Q: WE have a user in our depart. that just purchase a VEC CM-1000 Conference Microphone. It has a Omni Directional stereo plug and not a USB plug. Its has no sound when using Teams. Not sure why. Ned help..

Our support team will be able to assist you with this, the CM-1000 does not have a USB connection, it does have a 3.5 mm audio stereo plug, but it's only compatible with voice recorders or PCs which have a separate connection for the microphone input and for the headphones input, it will not work on those PCs that have a smart 3.5 mm plug which serves as a combined connection for headphones and microphone.
 

We do have the CM-1000USB which has a USB connection to be compatible with any computer with a USB input. 

Q: Does this unit work for Iphone and Ipad?
A:

 Yes. It should work for Ipad 4 and later models
