DictationOne, Inc. is a division of YB Sales & Distributors, Inc. located in Brooklyn New York, Clinton Hill Area only 8 miles from Times Square, 2 miles to the city, and has always been located in the area, to easily serve the New York City Metro area since its founding in 2002. DictationOne is a supplier of speech solutions, dictation, transcription, pro audio, and speech recognition solution.

Our Services
Inventory: We have a large warehouse stocked with inventory to fulfill your every need. Our qualified Purchasing Team analyzes the supply, demand and stocks accordingly. They make sure to have all inventory on hand, ready to ship immediately. We specialize in discontinued, hard to find products and products that are nationally backordered.
Sales and Pre-order consultation and support: Our friendly and caring Sales Department will help you with purchasing decisions. They will find the product that will best suit your applications and needs, they will assist you with trial product or software solutions.
Software/cloud: you have a full line of software solutions and cloud workflow applications.
Customer Service: Over the past few years we have nurtured a tradition of excellent customer service. Our expertise and product knowledge will help you with anything you may need after placing an order. They are at your service for any given need; whether you wish to alter an order, shipping method, price match etc.
Technical Support: Our Post Sales Support Team are dedicated to making your experience with us a pleasant and worthwhile one. They will guide you through with specifications needed, such as product installations, usage and maintenance, our team provides training and offer hands on product at your location.
Service Support: Our Support Team is dedicated to making your experience pleasant with the product you purchase. We have several service yearly contract plans that will provide you with peace of mind. We will answer all your questions, guide you through with specifications needed such as products installations, customization, and setup of specific features, training, usage and maintenance.
