Returns & Exchanges

We at DictationOne value our relationship with you and want you to be satisfied with your purchase, therefore, we will accept merchandise (with certain exclusions) on domestic orders only, for return within 30 days from the date of your order. Please read the following DictationOne policies and procedures for exchanges or returns:

You must receive a RA# before you return any goods to us. Merchandise received without a RA# will be refused, and no credit will be issued.

If the recipient refuses the package, he will be responsible for the return shipping charges and will be charged a fee for unauthorized return.

Damaged items:

Our Shipping Team makes every effort to prevent shipping damages or shipping errors. However, if your package appears damaged or different then the item you ordered, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN IT. Please contact DictationOne returns department at returns@dictationone.com immediately who will instruct you to the proper procedure. 

Defective Items:

We offer a replacement policy to any product up to 30 days from the invoice date on your order. If it's past 30 days you will have to return it to the manufacturer. All items we sell come with a valid warranty from the manufacture in the US. Items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only. All returns must be freight prepaid, the replacement will be shipped out freight free to you in the US only. (Shipping is never refundable.)

Other Returns:

Shipment of a product is as advertised in our catalog section. Upon receipt of merchandise inspect product carefully. Should you find that the product does not meet your expectations, or satisfaction, contact us at: returns@dictationone.com and tell us your concerns, so we may make every effort to satisfy you with your purchase.

In the unlikely event that we cannot amicably resolve the issues, we offer a Returns & Exchange Policy. You can return or exchange any product up to fourteen days from the invoice date on your order after completing the on-line return & exchange form.

At this point we do not offer a return policy for our international customers. International customers need to contact the manufacturer for any repairs or returns. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you.

No Returns on:

  • Blister-packed items once opened. 
  • Special Order merchandise. 
  • Computer products or software once Opened or Activated or Installed, Purchases made on a referred website is based on the policies on that website.. 
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts, manuals, warranty cards, rebate forms or other included items.
  • Any item that has labels, writing, or damaged packaging.
  • Opened software will not be accepted for return or refund.

All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards. Otherwise, we won't be able to accept the item back for return.

To return items follow the instructions below:

Simply fill out the Returns & Exchange Form (link provided below) for a return authorization number (RA#). In it, describe briefly the reasons for your requested return. Your RA#'s are valid only for 14 days from date of issuance, and the RA# must be clearly displayed on your return packing label and on the outside of the box. 

Shipments for returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns. When we receive the item(s) back in our warehouse, we will inspect the item(s) and credit your account accordingly. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to be processed.

You must receive a RA# before you return any goods to us. Merchandise without a RA# will be refused, and no credit will be issued.
