Yes. This will work with Dragon Medical Practice Edition Desktop sofwrae or Dragon Medical One cloud software.
This device is just a microphone, and does not have a built-in speaker, and of course if plugged into a USB port on a computer, it will not take over the speaker sound or controls, however with the Andrea product that you are using, which I'm not sure which product it is, but we should also have the capabilities to disable the speaker and your default speaker should playback your music etc., we have one option to use this type of microphone with a built in speaker which is the SpeechWare TableMike TBK6.
