I have to understand what you mean with phrasing directly.
You can connect the recorder to the USB computer port, and attaching manually that audio recorded file to an email.
Phillips also has an option to save the file to the cloud, so if you want to send it to an assistant, you don't have to email it, the can play it to listen or download directly from the cloud. Or use the SpeechExec software to automatically receive all new recordings.
That will eliminate the need to email the file, it can take sometimes take a while to email depends on the size of the file, and some email providers will have restrictions on the size of the file, but with the cloud it will load up instantly and there is no file limits.
To automate the process Philips has three options;
Option 1:
Using the SpeechExec software on the author side it will automatically send the dictations when connecting the recorder to the USB.
Option 2:
Phillips has a smart recorder which will not need to be connected to a USB or to a computer and enables to send the voice files directly by email or to the cloud from the recorder interface.
Option 3:
Philips Dictation Recorder app for smart phones can record and send Dictation files to email or cloud.
The SpeechExec software does also have the option for a foot control for transcribing recordings.
On the cloud and the smartphone options we offer a free 30 day trial, which you can actually try it in real time at your convenient before committing to purchase.
