Software not included.
Yes.
In order to be able to control the Win media player using the foot pedal you would need some type of 3rd party software which will allow you to program Windows hot keys.
We do sell software which will allow you to do this called FTP Pedal Magic from Apptec. We don’t have anything for Mac.
The IN-USB-2 is compatible with eScription.
Good Mornings,
The pedal will not operate with the free version of Express Scribe only with the Pro version. Furthermore, there are not headsets or manual included. If your computer supports a 3.5mm jack the headphones can operate with the computer.
Thanks for your inquiry and have a wonderful day!

No. It will not function with the Olympus software.
Yes. But you can't customize the pedal to your liking.
1. The unit might be physically damaged, please have it inspected. (Including the wiring)
2. Your computer USB port might fail to recognize any USB devices, please have it tested with different products
3. Last, it might be depending on your computer hardware, or software. Also the software you are trying to hook the pedal up with.
That is correct. There is no manual or product user guide is included. We do offer a free trial software called PedalMagic.
