Standard Shipping Cutoffs:

Most orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on weekdays will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will ship the following business day. (On Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, orders will ship the following Monday.) All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS. We also offer expedited shipping options on our website that you can choose from.

Please Note:

You will receive an Order Status email indicating that your order has shipped. We will not be responsible if delivery has been delayed by the Shipper due to verification of Shipping Address information (i.e. suite or apartment number). Therefore we suggest that you check the address again before submitting your order

All Orders:

DictationOne uses FedEx and USPS as our primary shipping carriers throughout the United States and the world. If you would like us to use your shipping carrier, please contact us with your order details and we can ship and bill shipping costs directly to your carrier's account.

International Orders:

Orders outside the USA ship with USPS Insured Priority Mail. you may be subject to import taxes and duties which are levied when your package reaches your country. Additional charges that may apply for customs clearance must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these tariffs and therefore cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further inquires. These additional charges are not reflected in your invoice for goods purchased from DictationOne which covers the purchase price of goods purchased and the applicable shipping to the destination.

If the customer refuses delivery of the package, the customer is still obligated to pay for any shipment, customs, taxes, or duties fees that may be incurred. DictationOne will charge the applicable fees to the customer's credit card on record.

Due to customs handling, there is no guarantee for delivery time for international orders.
